What to do first?
Deal Room is a web-based platform, which means that your browser settings might be source of your technical troubles.
Before going to more detailed, let’s check first following:
Google Chrome, MacOs Safari or Microsoft Edge are recommended.
That you haven’t accidentally blocked Deal Room from your browser settings.
Other apps like FaceTime, Teams or Zoom might be blocking your camera and mic.
Check that your browser is updated.

The easiest way to check your settings on Google Chrome is to paste following links to your search bar:
Please make sure that you see Deal Room Conference on your list of Allowed pages.
To check your issues with on MacOs Safari, you need to go to your browser settings.
First, Open the browser settings by clicking “Safari” in the computers menu bar in upper left-hand side Safari > Preferences
Second, Select the Websites tab > Camera / Microphone > Allow
